Once your order begins its road trip from our warehouse to you, we’ll send another email with SEUR tracking information. Don’t forget, we ship Monday through Friday only. SEUR standard shipping is usually delivered in 24-48 Hours. That gives you just enough time to brag to friends that you are expecting new shoes.

Hey, everybody needs a day off. zapating.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national holidays, to addresses in Spain. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Shipping Notice
Zapating.com has adopted DHL Shiping to help our customers shop from and ship to all over the world. You can shop zapating.com in the country and currency you select. Your order total with all shipping fees, custom fees, tariffs and taxes will be available during checkout in your chosen country and currency.

Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Life is hard. Shoes should be easy. Zapating.com offers one of the easiest return policies on the web. If it doesn’t fit, or if it just isn’t your cup of tea, return your unworn purchase within 30 days for exchange or refund. Shipping cost (5€) are non-refundable. Visit www.shoes.com/returns and follow the instructions to complete your return.
Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. All returns are subject to the frequently asked questions on our customer service page entitled "How do I return/exchange my order?"

International Return Instructions
International customers have 60 days from their order date to return unworn merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
Exchanges are not available for international customers. If you would like to exchange a shoe for another size or style, you must return your order and place a new order for the item(s) you desire.
